Cincia-Wonders POPI Act Compliance

The Protection Of Personal Information Act (POPI Act) came into effect on 1 July 2021. The POPI Act seeks to regulate the collection and processing of personal information by private or public bodies to protect the constitutional right to privacy.

Cincia-Wonders undertakes to handle all clients' personal information in line with the requirements of the POPI Act.
Cincia-Wonders will:

- Not share any of its clients' information with any third parties.
- Keep and use any personal information collected from clients solely for the purpose it was collected.
- Destroy clients' personal information once it has been used for the purpose it was collected.

Cincia-Wonders maintains its transparency with its clients and business partners to always serve them in their best interest.
